Costplus Water will accept returns within 30 days of order subject to the following terms and conditions. If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Jupiterionizers for a Return Authorization (RA) number. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization - Unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department. Customer is responsible for both actual outbound and return shipping and handling charges. Once we receive an authorized return, store merchandise credit will be issued for the actual cost of product minus shipping and handling costs. This credit can be used at any one of our 42 stores. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Custom Orders There is no refund or exchange on any custom orders including, but not limited to, custom length cuts. special made items and special order items not normally carried in our warehouse.
Return Policy Exceptions
WATER PRODUCTS - Water filtration products or any products that utilize water are not returnable if used. This includes shower filters, water filters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, vapor steam cleaners, etc. The Microlite and the Melody are excluded from this rule.
WHOLE HOUSE WATER FILTERS - Due to the high shipping cost of these items, any returned whole house water filter is returnable within 30 days of shipment date. When returned, store merchandise credit will be issued for actual cost of product minus actual shipping, handling and outbound freight costs.
FILTERS/CARTRIDGES – Only new, un-opened replacement filters may be returned within 15 days for store merchandise credit.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Special Order Items are non returnable.
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT - Items purchased with store merchandise credit are non returnable

We invite you to try out our new range of LIFE ionizers and enjoy the benefits for 60 days. We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your ionizer that we offer you a 60 day* money back guarantee. If at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 15% return fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in as new condition and in its original packing. "As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc. The original shipping charges will be deducted and return shipping charges prepaid by the purchaser.
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns.
All Sales are final and there are no returns on merchandise purchased wholesale or through finance plans and these units still have full warranties.
Warranties: • LIFE 3000 is one year full parts and labor • LIFE 4000 is 3 years full parts and labor • LIFE 5000, 7000, 7500 & 8000 are at five years full parts and labor
Warranty does not cover repairs caused by customer neglect. We provide a Free “hard water” pre-filter and housing for customers in “hard water” areas (17 grains or higher) and this must be used to provide warranty coverage in these areas, as this stops the build-up of calcium in hard water areas. Or we can supply a 5 stage reverse osmosis units for our customers in hard water areas - these are provided at less than wholesale costs. Neglect includes using the unit in a matter inconsistent with the directions in the owner's manual, as well as breakage resulting from dropping the unit or other carelessness. The warranty that is in effect at the time the machine is purchased is the one that is honored. Our warranty center is in the USA for your convenience.
